Finally, thanks to everyone who comes out to shoot with us. Thanks for coming back and for bringing your friends and the new shooters. Southern Defensive Pistol League was launched in August 2019. The feeling being the sport that gave us our start has changed too much. The defensive part has gone and it is just not fun to try to keep up anymore. The SDPL rules have been drafted to bring back the defensive shooting sport many of us loved. These rules are in use at Foothills Defensive Shooters for pistol the matches in 2020. They are at this time not finalized but are far enough along to get us started. Please take the time to read them and come shoot with us soon.
